I set the background image in the master page and copied elements from the initial layout to create a 12 page template hopefully ready to drop info into it when Dave sends it to me.
For the cover I used the red grungy texture from my title sequence experiments to create some contrast between 'inside' and 'out'. I have just noticed the angle on the type isn't uniform with the rest of the document so I will amend this later
I kept the titles for the last 2 pages quite small and subtle like the subheadings on other pages because I assume they will be tables and require a lot of space on the page
